Inbox: your inbox within Tesoro

The Inbox is a simplified email overview, read, reply, forward without leaving Tesoro. Works with your linked Gmail, Outlook, or Zoho account.

  • You want to quickly read your email without folder structure
  • A customer has just replied and you want to respond immediately
  • You are on mobile and want to send a quick reply

Menu on the left → Inbox. Only appears with a linked account.

Two panels side by side:

  • Email list (left): newest at the top, unread in bold
  • Reading pane (right): selected email, possibility to Reply/Forward

  1. Click an email in the list.
  2. The full thread appears on the right. For each message you will see:
    • Sender (name + address)
    • To whom
    • Type label (reply, forwarded)
    • Date + time
    • Full text
    • Attachments at the bottom
  3. Opening an unread email → automatically marked as read.

At the bottom of the message. Name + type icon + size. Click to open in a new window.

When replying, the original text is collapsed by default. Click ”…” to view it. Click again to collapse.


Not automatic: you sync yourself.

  1. Click Sync at the top right.
  2. The icon spins, the label becomes “Syncing”.
  3. Done → confirmation, new emails in the list.

  1. New Email at the top right (next to Sync).
  2. The compose window opens on the right.
  3. Fill in:
    • To: auto-suggestions from contacts + team
    • CC / BCC: open via buttons next to To
    • Subject: required
    • Message: formatting via the buttons above it
  4. Templates (optional), click the button next to the subject, search, click a template to insert or the eye icon for preview.
  5. Signature: auto-added (your default).
  6. Send: or Ctrl+S / Ctrl+Enter (Win) / Cmd+S / Cmd+Enter (Mac).

  1. Open an email.
  2. Find the message you want to reply to.
  3. Click Reply on the right next to the message.
  4. To + subject (“Re: …”) auto-filled; original text below your reply.
  5. Type + Send.

  1. Open an email.
  2. Click Forward.
  3. Subject “Fwd: …” + message copied.
  4. Fill in To.
  5. (Optional) your own note above the original message.
  6. Send.

20 per page. At the bottom:

  • Previous / Next buttons
  • Page info: “Page 1 of 5 · 96 emails”

No linked account. Settings → Personal Settings → Email.

Sync button at the top right, must be done manually.
