Check: file < 50 MB? Format JPG/PNG/GIF/WebP? If timeout: refresh the page and try again, slow connection + large file = problematic.

URL must start with https:// and be complete. Shortened links or video IDs alone are not accepted by the system.

Check in order: (1) Show on Website on? (2) Status one of Active/Under Offer/Reserved/Sold? (3) Photos uploaded and saved? Caching may play a role.

All three Watermark settings (Position, Platform, Opacity) must be configured. Ask your admin.

  • Best photo first: it becomes the cover everywhere
  • Capture every room: living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, terrace, garden
  • At least one exterior photo: entrance or street view
  • Daylight + open curtains: dark or blurry photos don’t sell
  • Video 2-3 minutes: short and concise, otherwise viewers click away
