New features
Section titled “New features”History Details Viewer
Section titled “History Details Viewer”In the change history of a property, you can now click on a change to view the details in a side panel. You can see exactly what the old value was and what the new value is, including the timestamp of the change.
- Click on a change or on (Show Details) to open the details panel
- Shows the old value and the new value side by side
- Includes the exact date and time of the change
Property Owner field
Section titled “Property Owner field”When creating or editing a property, you can now select a Property Owner. This is a contact who is recorded as the owner of the property, separate from the linked relation.
- New contact selection field in the property form
- Search and select an existing contact as owner
- Visible in the overview via the Column Manager
Agent Selection for PDF downloads
Section titled “Agent Selection for PDF downloads”When downloading a Property Handout PDF, you can now select an agent whose details will be printed on the PDF. The agent selection has been moved to a single dropdown at the top of the PDF list, so you no longer need to choose an agent separately for each PDF.
- One agent dropdown for all available PDF templates
- Available on both the property detail page and the Connections & Attachments section
- After downloading, the selection is automatically reset
Improvements
Section titled “Improvements”Transactional Email information tooltip
Section titled “Transactional Email information tooltip”The Transactional Email Templates now display an information tooltip when you hover over a template title. This tooltip shows the additional information associated with the email type, so you can see at a glance what the template is used for.
Improved filters in the Relations Popup
Section titled “Improved filters in the Relations Popup”The popup for linking relations (in projects and properties) now includes filters for type and status. This allows you to quickly find the right relation without scrolling through the entire list.
- MultiSelect filters for relation type and status
- Combined with the existing name search function
- Pagination and more stable layout with loading indicator
Search in filter panels
Section titled “Search in filter panels”The filter panels in the property overview have been improved with search functionality and scrollable behaviour:
- The Tags filter now has a search field to quickly find the right tag
- Search fields for Location, Province, and Tags remain pinned at the top while scrolling
- Filter panels have a maximum height with scrollbar, so long lists no longer stretch the screen
