Helpdesk Agent dev Tesoro CRM

February 2026: Version 1.23.0

You can now assign multiple properties to a deal at once using the new bulk-assign functionality. Select properties in the overview and assign them to an active deal in one step.

The side panel for adding properties to a deal has been completely redesigned. Instead of only suggested properties, you now see a filterable list of all available properties. You can search, filter by type, price, location, and more, and then select the desired properties.

The property matching criteria for deals have been extended with three new fields:

  • Condition: the property condition (new construction, renovated, etc.)
  • New Construction: specifically filter for new construction properties
  • Views: the view type (sea view, mountain view, etc.)

The cadastral side panel has been extended:

  • Difference detection: values that differ from your local property data are highlighted in red, so you can see at a glance what is different
  • Correct floor value mapping: floor values from the land registry (e.g., “SS” for basement, “AT” for attic) are now correctly imported instead of being stored as numbers

New capabilities for managing portal users:

  • Resend invitation: if a client missed the first invitation
  • Revoke access: deactivate a portal user without deleting the account
  • Portal status in deal contacts table: see directly whether a contact has an active portal account
  • Language field: portal users automatically get the language of the linked contact (10 languages available: NL, EN, DE, FR, ES, PT, IT, PL, SV, NO)

The Feed Manager now has a Relation filter to filter feeds by the linked relation (owner/agency).

When properties are automatically preselected for a deal, you now receive a notification in the app. So you never miss a new match.

The commission field is now available on the project edit page, so you can set commission percentages per project.

When editing a meeting, preferred dates are shown as clickable tags. Click on a date to set it as the start date directly. On the meeting card, the preferred dates are displayed as text.

Bulk operations on properties are now processed asynchronously via a queue. The system divides the selected properties into groups of 10 and processes them in the background. You will receive a notification when the operation is complete (or if errors have occurred).

The side panel for managing columns in overviews has been redesigned with a clearer layout.

Various form elements have been modernized with new dropdown and multiselect components for a more consistent user experience.
