Personal settings: profile, password, email
Your own settings, profile photo, password, email account connection, signatures, notifications. Changes only for your account; no effect on team members.
When do you use this?
Section titled “When do you use this?”- Initial setup after onboarding
- Change password
- Connect Gmail or Outlook for email
- Adjust email signature
Four tabs

Profile photo
Section titled “Profile photo”- Settings → Personal Settings → Personal Preferences.
- Click on your profile photo/initials at the top left.
- Menu:
- Upload Avatar / Change Avatar
- Remove Avatar: back to initials
- Select image → upload → immediately visible.
Edit personal details
Section titled “Edit personal details”-
Personal Preferences tab.

Click Edit at the top right.

Change:

Save (or
Ctrl+S/Cmd+S). Cancel to abort.
Change password
Section titled “Change password”- Password tab.
- Fill in:
- Current Password: verification
- New Password: new
- Confirm Password: repeat
- Save → logged out, log in again with new password.
Minimum 8 characters, uppercase + lowercase + number + special character.
Connect email account
Section titled “Connect email account”Email tab. Three options: Gmail, Outlook, Zoho Mail.

At the bottom of this tab: Personal signatures. Create, edit, duplicate, delete, set default. See Email signatures.
Language and date format
Section titled “Language and date format”Under Personal Preferences:
- Language: UI language (e.g. EN, NL)
- Date Format: e.g. DD/MM/YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY
- Time Format: 12h or 24h
Changes take effect immediately after saving.
Notification preferences
Section titled “Notification preferences”Notification tab. Per category you can turn in-app and email notifications on/off.
Categories include:
- New leads
- Lead status changes
- New emails on records
- WhatsApp/SMS
- Viewing requests via Client Portal
- Status changes on deals
- Activities and tasks
Adjust via switches. Save immediately without a Save button.
