Create an account

Signing up for Tesoro takes ~3 minutes. The five-step wizard collects your details, verifies your email, and puts you directly on your dashboard.

Keep the following at hand:

  • A business email address you currently have access to (you will receive a verification code)
  • Your job title and company name
  • A strong password (see requirements in step 5)

  1. Personal information

    Step 1 of the wizard: First name, Last name, Email.

    Fill in:

    Click Next. Tesoro creates a draft account in the background, you are not yet fully registered and will not be charged anything.

  2. Job title

    Job Title: for example Real Estate Agent, Buyer’s Agent, Listing Agent, Broker. 3-100 characters.

    Your job title appears on shared documents and client-facing communication. Choose a title your clients will recognize.

  3. Your company

    Company Name: name of your real estate office. 3-100 characters.

    After clicking Next, Tesoro immediately sends a verification email to your address from step 1.

  4. Email verification

    The screen shows “Please Check Your Email”. Retrieve the 6-digit code from the email and type it into the field.

  5. Set your password

    Password requirements

    Your password must meet all five:

    • At least 8 characters
    • At least 1 uppercase letter (A-Z)
    • At least 1 lowercase letter (a-z)
    • At least 1 number (0-9)
    • At least 1 special character (!, @, #, $, %, …)

    Confirm the password by entering it twice. After a valid password, Tesoro logs you in directly and you are on your dashboard.


You are fully registered. The usual next steps:

  • Import first contacts and leads or add them manually
  • Connect MLS portal (Multiple Listing Service)
  • Set communication preferences (email, WhatsApp)
  • Invite team members if you manage a team

  1. Wait 2 minutes, delivery may be delayed
  2. Check your spam or junk mail folder
  3. Use Resend (after the 60-second cooldown)
  4. If that doesn’t work, go back to step 1, check the address, and restart the registration

Password must meet all 5 requirements. Most commonly forgotten: special character, or all lowercase letters.

All fields must be valid. Under each invalid field there is a red error message, scroll back and fix them.


Account is ready. Now set up your company profile so your office details appear correctly everywhere.
