Client Portal Settings

One switch to activate or deactivate the Client Portal for your company. Plus API key overview for access links to clients.

  • First activation of the portal for your office
  • Temporarily disable during maintenance
  • Look up API key for access URL

OffNo client can reach the portal, immediate blocking

Change takes immediate effect. Accounts are not deleted upon deactivation, they work again once activated.

Clients enter via:

https://[portal-domain]/auth/signin?id=[API-KEY]

API key = company identification. Find it in Settings → My Company → API Keys.

When integrating the portal via iframe on your own site or website widget: add your domain as a CORS domain. See Settings → My Company → General → CORS Domain Name.
