Notifications: Alerts by Channel
Per category you can choose whether you receive in-app notifications, email, or both. Personal, not company-wide.
When to use this?

- Stop unwanted email spam
- More in-app focus, less email distraction
Access
Section titled “Access”Settings → Personal Settings → Notification tab.
Categories
Section titled “Categories”Per category: toggles for In-app and Email:

| Deals | Status change, stage transition, deal won |
| Properties | New property created, status change |
| Activities | Task assigned, meeting scheduled |
| Communication | New email/WhatsApp/SMS on record |
| Portal | Viewing request, customer action in portal |
| AI | AI bulk task completed |
| System | System notifications, subscription updates |
Per row: on/off.
Immediate effect
Section titled “Immediate effect”Changes are saved immediately, no save button needed. The next notification will use the new settings.
Difference in-app vs email

Both on: double visibility. Both off: no notification of that category, check manually.
