AI Settings: feature toggles and prompts
Two locations for AI configuration: AI Settings (on/off) and AI Prompt (templates). The toggle switch is company-wide. Templates determine how the AI translates and rewrites.
When to use this
Section titled “When to use this”- First activation of AI features for your office
- Creating a prompt template for a specific writing style
- Temporarily disabling AI during migration or training
AI Settings: company-wide on/off
Section titled “AI Settings: company-wide on/off”Settings → My Company → AI Settings. One toggle switch:

| Inactive | Error message when used: “Your company has turned off the AI functionality.” |
Immediate effect upon change. No loss of existing translations, only new AI actions are blocked.
AI Prompt: managing templates
Section titled “AI Prompt: managing templates”Settings → AI Prompt. Manages templates for translation and rewriting.

Placeholders in prompt text

Organizing templates into groups
Section titled “Organizing templates into groups”Create groups for clarity. Each template belongs to a group. Create, rename, delete via the AI Prompt page.
Working with templates
Section titled “Working with templates”- Create: click create button → title + group + type + prompt text. Set Additional Context. Save.
- Edit: click template → Edit. Type cannot be changed after creation.
- Duplicate: select → Duplicate for a variant without starting from scratch.
- Delete: select one or more → Delete.
