ImmoVario: Reach buyers in Spanish coastal regions

ImmoVario is an international portal that aggregates listings from local Spanish agencies in tourist coastal regions and on the islands: Costa Brava, Costa Dorada, Costa Blanca, Costa del Sol, Mallorca, Ibiza, and more. It targets second-home buyers from Northern Europe. Tesoro provides an XML feed.

How to request access?

ImmoVario does not have a public registration process with fixed steps. You register by contacting them directly.

2. Get in touch via email or WhatsApp (the details are on that page). The portal will then discuss the possibilities and terms with you.

How to connect ImmoVario in Tesoro

This is a datafeed portal in Kyero-compatible format: Tesoro generates a feed URL that the portal reads periodically.

Admin role required

Portal configuration is under Settings. You need admin access and an active Tesoro subscription.

1. Go to Settings → Feed Export and turn on the toggle for ImmoVario.

2. Click copy to copy the feed URL and provide it to the portal.

Requirements per property

The requirements are the same as for Kyero: reference, price and currency, transaction type, property type, city, province, country, bedrooms and bathrooms, description in a supported language, at least one photo, company email address, and website domain.

Supported languages: ca, da, de, en, es, fi, fr, it, nl, no, pt, ru, sv.
