Properties: your portfolio in one place
Properties is your portfolio, every apartment, villa, plot of land that your office manages. From here you create listings, manage status, publish to your website and MLS portals, and link properties to deals and contacts.
When is this relevant?
Section titled “When is this relevant?”- You open Tesoro for the first time and want an overview of your portfolio
- You are searching for properties that have been on the market for longer than X months
- You want to change 30 properties from Active to Off Market at once
- You want to understand which statuses do/do not appear on the website
What can you do with it?
Section titled “What can you do with it?”- Search the list with powerful filters on status, type, price, location, features
- Bulk edit or delete via the mass-edit toolbar
- Manage status: from Draft to Active, Under Offer, Sold
- Publish to your website + MLS portals (Idealista, Kyero, etc.)
- Days on market: auto-tracked with color warnings
The list and what you see
Section titled “The list and what you see”Per row: property name, status, transaction type, property type, price, location, bedrooms/bathrooms, assigned agent.
Filters at the top
Section titled “Filters at the top”Refine by:
- Status: all 16 lifecycle phases (Draft, Active, Sold, …)
- Transaction Type: For Sale, For Rent, Transfer, Rental with Option of Purchase
- Property Type: Apartment, Villa, Townhouse, Plot of Land, …
- Location: city, province, country
- Price and area range
- Bedrooms, bathrooms
- Features: swimming pool, terrace, garage, …
- Tags & Labels: your own categorization
- MLS portals: published on which portal
- Display on website: yes/no
- Date range: creation or last modification
- Number of deals/leads: active interest
Show deleted properties
Section titled “Show deleted properties”Toggle Deleted properties to see soft-deleted properties. Accidentally deleted? Restore from the same list.
Bulk actions
Section titled “Bulk actions”Check the boxes → a toolbar appears with the count:
- Mass Edit: status, transaction type, property type, agent, province, tags or labels in one go
- Delete: soft-delete to trash
For large batches (>10 properties), the system processes asynchronously. You will receive a notification once it’s done. See Bulk actions.
Creating a property: in one click
Section titled “Creating a property: in one click”Click Add Property (or the + icon). Tesoro immediately creates a new property with:
- Status Draft
- Random name (Property #A7K2X9)
- Display on Website off
- Yourself as the assigned agent
The editing form opens. You fill in details later, Draft remains Draft until you change it.
The detail view: four tabs

Navigate between properties using the Previous and Next arrows in the header.
For published properties: the Web button opens the public page in a new tab.
Website publication: only 4 statuses
Section titled “Website publication: only 4 statuses”Display on Website works only with:
- Active
- Under Offer
- Reserved
- Sold
If you change to another status, the system automatically disables Display on Website and clears MLS connections. You will first receive a warning with the list of channels from which the property will be removed.
Deleting and restoring
Section titled “Deleting and restoring”Soft-delete to trash. Undo message immediately after deletion, afterwards restore via the Deleted properties toggle.
Days on market
Section titled “Days on market”Auto-tracked from the moment a property first becomes Active (the published_at date). Threshold values can be set under Settings → My Company → Threshold:
- Orange warning, property has been on the market concerningly long
- Red warning, requires urgent attention (e.g., price revision)
