Subscription: plan, users, billing

Your subscription determines how many users, properties and features you get. Managed via Settings → Subscription: Tesoro uses Stripe for billing, so payment method changes go through a secure Stripe form.

Not directly in CRM. Contact the Tesoro team: they adjust the plan + bill pro rata.

The Update Payment Method button opens a secure Stripe form. Enter new details → saved. The Tesoro server itself does not store credit card information (PCI-compliant via Stripe).

In the invoice table → click the download icon next to the invoice → PDF.

If automatic direct debit fails:

  • Email notification to Admin
  • Banner in CRM with Retry Payment or Update Payment Method
  • After X days without resolution: account deactivation (Tesoro contacts you first)
