Helpdesk Agent dev Tesoro CRM

April 2026: Version 1.25.0

A new Inbox screen is now available in the left sidebar. You can use it to view, read, and reply to all your emails without leaving the CRM. On the left you see the list of email conversations, and on the right the contents of the selected conversation.

  • Reply to emails using Reply, or forward them using Forward
  • Compose new emails using templates and signatures
  • Retrieve the latest messages with the Sync button (works with Gmail, Outlook, and Zoho Mail)
  • Zoho Mail is now available as an email provider, alongside Gmail and Outlook
  • The old manual email connection has been replaced by these three providers

The translation and rewriting of property descriptions has been refreshed. On a property’s edit page you will now find two separate buttons: Translate (for translations) and Rewrite (for rewriting existing text, for example to remove brand names of other agencies).

You can also apply these features in bulk: select multiple properties in the overview and click the AI button. The processing runs in the background. A small progress bar appears in the bottom right of your screen, showing how far the processing has progressed and whether everything went well. When you have multiple properties processed at once, the results are saved automatically, you do not need to insert them manually.

The feature that was previously called “Unbrand” is now named AI Description Rewrite.

You can now draw an area on the map to filter properties by location. Draw a shape around a neighbourhood, village, or region and you will only see the properties that fall within that area. The drawn area is saved in the URL, so you can share it with colleagues or save it as a bookmark.

You can now copy an existing property using the Duplicate button on the detail page. This is useful in two situations:

  • Independent copy: for similar properties, for example terraced houses in the same street
  • Linked variant: when the same property is offered both for sale and for rent. Choose a different transaction type (e.g. Sale → Rent) and the two properties remain linked to each other

Copied properties always start as a draft (Draft), so that you can review them before they are published.

All maps in the CRM have a new look. The address search function works in the same way as before: type an address or town name, select the correct result, and the location is filled in automatically. This applies to properties, contacts, projects, and company settings.

When you change a published property to a non-publishable status (e.g. from Active to Draft), a warning now appears. You see exactly what will happen: the property will be removed from your website and from every connected portal (e.g. Idealista, Fotocasa). Click Unpublish to continue, or Cancel to undo the change.

Three new search criteria are available for automatically linking properties to deals: Condition (state of the property), New Construction (new build), and Views (view). In addition, via Settings > Deal Settings you can set the maximum number of properties that are automatically suggested (default 100). If there are more results than the configured maximum, a notification appears.

When you click on a tag to see which properties, deals, or contacts are linked to it, the results are now shown in groups of 10 (newest first). Each category (properties, contacts, etc.) has its own pages. The View All button takes you straight to the full filtered overview.

The page for viewing and editing templates has an improved layout. The sidebar with the list of sample texts can now be collapsed and expanded, giving you more space to view the contents of a template.

The synchronisation of WhatsApp messages between the CRM and your phone has become more reliable. In addition, you can now filter by WhatsApp number in the contact and lead overviews.

The language setting of your client portal is now remembered across all devices. When you change the language on your computer, you see the same language on your phone or tablet, without having to set it again.

The version number at the bottom of the CRM screen now links directly to the corresponding page in this knowledge base, so you can always see what’s new in your version.

  • The floor number of a property now also accepts text such as “Ground floor” or “Mezzanine”
  • The status display for deals now shows the updated design
  • The Publish to Website button now looks the same everywhere in the CRM
  • The date picker when entering a birthday is no longer hidden behind other elements
  • Watermark images on client websites are displayed correctly again
  • Notifications now always appear in the correct order (newest first)
  • Editing and saving labels now works reliably, with a clear confirmation
