Idealista: Publishing on the largest portal in Spain

Idealista is the largest real estate portal in Spain, with millions of buyers and renters searching daily. For almost any agency serving the Spanish market, it is the most important channel. Tesoro integrates directly with Idealista: as soon as you save a property, it is automatically forwarded.

How do you request access?

An agency cannot register as a professional through the regular website. You contact the professional department of Idealista; they set up your professional account.

1. Go to the professional page of Idealista: idealista.com/nuevo-profesional. There you will find information for real estate agencies and the contact form.

2. Contact the professional department through that page. You need a legally registered company with CIF/NIF and tax details, and you sign a paid subscription.

3. Request your customer code. After you become a professional client, Idealista gives you a unique customer code plus a contact ID. With this, your CRM can automatically submit properties.

Idealista does not publish a fixed price list. It is a paid subscription; the price depends on your package. Ask the professional department of Idealista for details.

How to connect Idealista in Tesoro

Idealista is a direct API connection: not a feed URL that is periodically read, but a direct push with every change.

Admin role required

Portal configuration is under Settings. You need admin access and an active Tesoro subscription.

1. First configure your website domain via Settings → Website. Idealista needs this.

2. Go to Settings → Feed Export and find the Idealista card (recognizable by the API badge).

3. Click the edit icon and enter your Idealista Customer Code. Click Update.

4. Turn on the toggle. If the customer code is missing, Tesoro will display: “Please add idealista customer code.”

From that moment on, every saved change to an assigned property, details, photos, videos, and descriptions is directly pushed to Idealista.

Error logging

If a push to Idealista fails, Tesoro logs the error on the property record and automatically removes the MLS assignment. This ensures a property never appears published when it is not.

Property requirements

• Customer code and contact ID filled in at company level
• A property type with an Idealista equivalent
• Transaction type and price (between 1 and 999,999,999)
• Complete address
• Reference (max 50 characters)
• Description (max 4,000 characters) in a supported language
• At least one photo with a valid URL
• Website domain configured
