XML Import: Import Properties via Feed
Other CRM systems or partner portals can deliver your properties via an XML feed. Settings → XML Import configures how Tesoro reads and synchronizes that feed.
When do you use this?
Section titled “When do you use this?”- Migration from another CRM that can export XML
- Partner office delivers properties via XML
- You manage property feeds from external systems
Configuration
Section titled “Configuration”- Settings → XML Import → New Import.
- Fill in:
- Name for this import configuration
- Feed URL where Tesoro should read the XML
- Default Commission %: applied to each imported property (required, ≥ 0)
- Sync frequency: how often Tesoro reads the feed (hourly, daily)
- Removal strategy: what to do when a property is no longer in the feed?
- Automatically change status to Removed by Feed
- Change status to Off Market
- Ignore (property remains Active)
- Save.
Default Commission
Section titled “Default Commission”Required field. Applied to every property from this feed:

Individual properties can be manually adjusted after import.
What happens during sync
Section titled “What happens during sync”- Tesoro reads the XML from the URL at the sync time.
- For each property in the feed:
- Match on reference number → update existing property
- No match → create new property
- For each Tesoro property no longer in the feed → apply removal strategy.
- Sync log visible under the import configuration.
Sync logs
Section titled “Sync logs”Per sync you see:
- Timestamp
- Number of properties received
- Number new, updated, removed
- Any errors per property
Common errors
Section titled “Common errors”Feed not reachable
Section titled “Feed not reachable”URL is incorrect or server is down. Tesoro retries on the next sync cycle. Check logs.
XML format not recognized
Section titled “XML format not recognized”Not Kyero-compatible. Ask the source if the format can be adjusted, or contact the Tesoro team for a custom connector.
Property references clash
Section titled “Property references clash”Two feeds with overlapping references? The second import overwrites the first. Ensure unique references per source.
