How do you request access?

1. Go to the advertise page: luxuryestate.com/advertise-property. There you will find the section for agents and the contact option.

2. Get in touch. Larger offices (more than ten properties) receive a custom solution with a dedicated advisor.

3. Choose a package. The model works with a subscription and visibility packages (Elite, Prestige, Premium) on top of the standard listing.

Costs

Luxury Estate does not publish a fixed price list; the price scales with the number of properties and the number of featured positions. Inquire via the advertise page.

How to connect Luxury Estate in Tesoro

This is a datafeed portal: Tesoro generates a feed URL that the portal reads periodically.

Admin role required

Portal configuration is under Settings. You need admin access and an active Tesoro subscription.

1. Go to Settings → Feed Export and turn on the switch for Luxury Estate.

2. Click Copy to copy the feed URL and provide it to the portal.

• Reference
• A Luxury Estate property type (Villa, Apartment, Castle, Mansion, and others)
• Price and transaction type
• Currency USD, EUR, CNY, MXN, or RUB (note: no GBP)
• Full address
• Description
• At least one photo
• Website domain
