WhatsApp via WAHA

James Edition MLS Portal
Section titled “James Edition MLS Portal”The luxury property portal James Edition is now available as an MLS (Multiple Listing Service) connection. Properties with a minimum price of €490,000 can be published automatically.
Improvements
Section titled “Improvements”Advanced Preselection Criteria for Deals
Section titled “Advanced Preselection Criteria for Deals”For deals of type Buy, you can now set advanced search criteria to automatically find matching properties. Combine multiple criteria (city, type, area, price) with operators like “equals”, “greater than”, or “contains”.
Configurable Default Columns
Section titled “Configurable Default Columns”Administrators and managers can now configure for each overview (Leads, Deals, Contacts, Properties, Projects, Relations) which default columns are visible to the entire team.
Configurable Deal Name Format
Section titled “Configurable Deal Name Format”The name of a new deal is now automatically composed based on a configurable template. Default: [Looking To] - [Property Type] - [Location] - [Price] - [Name].
You can adjust this in Settings > Deal Name Template.
Website Link for Properties
Section titled “Website Link for Properties”Published properties now show a Web button that lets you view the property on your website directly in a new tab.
Feed Manager Pagination
Section titled “Feed Manager Pagination”The Feed Manager now supports pagination for large numbers of agencies and feeds. You can choose from 10, 20, 30, 40, or 50 items per page.
