ImmoVario MLS portal

The real estate portal ImmoVario is now available as an MLS (Multiple Listing Service) connection. You can automatically publish your properties to ImmoVario, just like other connected portals.

Dynamic search in location filters

The location filters in the overview pages for properties, contacts, deals, projects, and relations now use dynamic search. Instead of preloading all options, results are fetched as you type. This makes filtering faster and clearer, especially with large datasets.

Feed criteria information panel in Feed Manager

The Feed Manager now includes a collapsible information panel that explains exactly which criteria a property must meet to appear in a feed:

The property must have a valid status (Active, Pending Approval, Sold, Rented, etc.)
“Display On Website” must be enabled and “Exclude from feed” must be unchecked
At least one property filter must be selected (location, tags, etc.)
The property must pass Kyero XML validation

Additionally, a tooltip has been added to the “Exclude from feed” field in the property form, so you immediately understand what this setting does.

Improved filtering for Transactional Email Templates

The transactional email templates table now offers expanded filtering options:

Language filter: filter by languages that are actually in use
Audience filter: filter by the target audience of the template
Type filter (Interface), filter by the type of transactional email

Additionally, the table layout has been improved: the search bar, filters, and “New” button are arranged more clearly. The “Audience” column has been added to the table.

Scroll position preserved in property overview

When you open a property from the overview and then navigate back, your scroll position is now automatically restored. You no longer need to scroll back to find where you left off. This works in both list view and on mobile devices.

Updated Update History on property detail page

The change history on the property detail page now uses a new API endpoint, providing better performance and more accurate data. Additionally, a clear message is now displayed when no history is available.

Fotocasa CRM UUID removed

The CRM UUID field has been removed from the Feed Import settings for Fotocasa. This field is no longer required when configuring the Fotocasa connection.

Deal sorting order restored

New deals now appear in the correct default sorting order again. An issue where newly created deals did not appear in the expected position has been resolved.

The Share and Save buttons in the property photo gallery are working properly again.

An incorrect password now displays a clear error message on the login screen.

Improved display at 1920x1080

Layout issues on screens with a 1920x1080 resolution have been resolved, including overlapping table content and a missing horizontal scrollbar in the property overview.

Coordinates preserved on save

An issue where a property’s GPS coordinates changed unexpectedly when saving has been resolved.

Delete confirmation visible in modals

The delete confirmation dialog now correctly appears above the overview modal, instead of behind it.

Watermark dropzone improved

The visibility of the watermark upload zone has been improved and file type validation now works correctly.

Dashboard filter restored

An issue with dashboard filters not functioning correctly has been resolved.
