New features
Section titled “New features”Multilingual email templates
Section titled “Multilingual email templates”Email templates can now contain variants per language. You write one template with versions in multiple languages; the system automatically selects the correct language variant. This allows you to send your international contacts a message in their own language without having to create a separate template each time.
Renewed calendar: company-wide visibility, privacy, colors, and filters
Section titled “Renewed calendar: company-wide visibility, privacy, colors, and filters”The Calendar has been significantly expanded:
- Company-wide visibility: you see not only your own appointments but also those of colleagues (depending on permissions).
- Private appointments: mark an appointment as private so that details are hidden from others.
- Colors per appointment type, consistent between the calendar view and appointment details.
- Filters to quickly show the right appointments.
- Drag and drop for all-day appointments in the week view.
New MLS portal: National Listing Service (NLS)
Section titled “New MLS portal: National Listing Service (NLS)”Tesoro now supports the MLS portal National Listing Service (NLS). You connect it in the same way as the other portals and publish your properties directly to it.
Fotocasa synchronization
Section titled “Fotocasa synchronization”In addition to Idealista, you can now also synchronize property data from Fotocasa to Tesoro. This keeps your listings consistent across multiple portals without duplicate work.
Bulk activation and deactivation of MLS feeds
Section titled “Bulk activation and deactivation of MLS feeds”You can now enable or disable MLS feeds in bulk, with a confirmation dialog beforehand. Useful when you want to temporarily stop or resume publication to multiple portals.
Separate drawers for contact and relation information
Section titled “Separate drawers for contact and relation information”Contact and relation data is now displayed in a clear side panel (drawer). When attaching, the selected item appears at the top, and names have a direct link to the detail overview.
Virtual tour URL for properties
Section titled “Virtual tour URL for properties”You can now enter a virtual tour URL (with validation) for a property. This lets you link a 360-degree tour or video tour directly to the property.
Hotel as a property type
Section titled “Hotel as a property type”Hotel has been added as a property type. Note: this type is not sent to Idealista (that portal does not support it).
Feed Manager shows excluded properties with reason
Section titled “Feed Manager shows excluded properties with reason”The Feed Manager now shows which properties are excluded from a feed and why. This lets you see immediately why a property is not appearing on a portal and what you can do about it.
Improvements
Section titled “Improvements”Idomia is now called Indomio
Section titled “Idomia is now called Indomio”The portal previously called Idomia has been renamed Indomio everywhere. Nothing changes in its functionality; only the name has been updated.
Agency reference number next to property name
Section titled “Agency reference number next to property name”In the essential information block of a property, you now see the agency reference number next to the property name, helping you identify properties faster.
Mass email with language selection
Section titled “Mass email with language selection”When sending a mass email (bulk email to multiple contacts), you can now choose the language, and the template design has been improved.
Load more in search results
Section titled “Load more in search results”Search results now load via “load more” instead of all at once, making searching smoother with large lists.
Idealista integration improved
Section titled “Idealista integration improved”The Idealista connection now displays the synchronization status more clearly and handles errors more gracefully.
Fixed issues
Section titled “Fixed issues”- The error message “Event not found” when changing the assigned person of a private calendar appointment has been fixed
- Task dates did not always match between task details and the Calendar; this has been synchronized
- The due date of a task was sometimes incorrectly overwritten when completing the task
- Color inconsistency between the calendar and appointment details has been resolved
- The Add Tag sidebar appeared behind other elements (z-index); this has been corrected
- Contact and relation avatars are now correctly displayed on the property detail pages
- The disabled delete button on the Project view now works again
- The import screen sometimes got stuck on the loading animation after file selection (Leads & Contacts)
- WhatsApp webhook now also correctly recognizes Mexican numbers (E.164)
- Security improvement: a public Pusher channel no longer leaked access rights events
- Admins can now edit or delete any hashtag, regardless of the owner
