James Edition: exclusive properties on a luxury marketplace

James Edition is an international luxury marketplace for real estate and more, with an affluent audience in over 140 countries. Only properties above a high minimum price are eligible. Tesoro provides an XML feed.

How do you request access?

James Edition is exclusively for professional real estate agencies; private sellers are not eligible.

1. Go to the seller page for real estate at jamesedition.com. Request a demo there or contact the sales team.

2. Demonstrate that you meet the requirements: a registered company with a physical address, a valid real estate license, and the ability to arrange property viewings. Listings undergo a quality check.

Minimum price

Tesoro only publishes properties to James Edition with a price of at least €490,000. Properties below this are not sent. When selecting this portal, Tesoro displays an information window with this condition.

Costs

James Edition does not publish a fixed price list. Request the terms from the sales team.

How to connect James Edition in Tesoro

This is a data feed portal: Tesoro generates a feed URL that the portal reads periodically.

Admin role required

Portal configuration is located under Settings. You need admin access and an active Tesoro subscription.

1. Go to Settings → Feed Export and turn on the toggle for James Edition.

2. Click on copy to copy the feed URL and provide it to the portal.

Requirements per property

• Price of at least €490,000
• Reference and full address
• Property type and transaction type
• Description
• At least one photo (the portal asks for high-quality images)
• Website domain
