Calendar export: appointments in your own calendar
Tesoro appointments automatically in your own calendar, viewings, meetings, tasks. Generates a unique iCal feed URL that your calendar reads every X minutes.
When to use this
Section titled “When to use this”- You want CRM appointments on your phone calendar
- You don’t want to manually retype anything
- A full team calendar overview in one Google Calendar account
Generating a personal iCal URL
Section titled “Generating a personal iCal URL”- Settings → Personal Settings → Calendar (or Calendar Export).
- Click Generate Calendar URL.
- The URL appears. Copy it.
- (Optional) Regenerate if you want to invalidate the old one.
Adding to Google Calendar
Section titled “Adding to Google Calendar”- Open Google Calendar in your browser.
- On the left: Other calendars → + → From URL.
- Paste your Tesoro URL → Add calendar.
- First sync within 24 hours (Google determines timing, not real-time).
Adding to Apple Calendar
Section titled “Adding to Apple Calendar”- Open Calendar.app.
- Menu File → New Calendar Subscription.
- Paste URL → Subscribe.
- Set refresh interval (15 min, 1 hour, daily, …).
- Settings app → Calendar → Accounts → Add Account.
- Other → Add Subscribed Calendar.
- Paste URL → Next → Save.
Adding to Outlook
Section titled “Adding to Outlook”- Open Outlook.com or desktop Outlook.
- Calendar → Add calendar → From internet.
- Paste URL + give it a name → Save.
What is exported
Section titled “What is exported”- Meetings (viewings, meetings) with title, date/time, location, participants
- Tasks with deadline, priority
- Calls with scheduled time, participants
Activities without a time (notes) are not included, they have no calendar relevance.
Sync frequency
Section titled “Sync frequency”| Calendar | Refresh |

Not real-time. Last-minute changes are only visible on the next refresh.
Read-only
Section titled “Read-only”Changes in your external calendar are not sent back to Tesoro. Always edit via CRM. Synchronization is one-way Tesoro → calendar.
