New Features
Section titled “New Features”Tags on Properties
Section titled “Tags on Properties”You can now add tags (hashtags) to properties. Through the property form you can easily manage tags to better organize your property portfolio and make it easier to find properties.
Populate Address from Cadastre
Section titled “Populate Address from Cadastre”In the Cadastre drawer of a property you’ll now find a Populate button. This automatically copies address data (province, municipality, street, number, floor, door, and postal code) from the cadastral data into the property form.
Fotocasa: Email and Phone Number
Section titled “Fotocasa: Email and Phone Number”Two new required fields have been added to the Feed Export settings for Fotocasa: email address and phone number. This data is included when publishing properties to Fotocasa.
Improvements
Section titled “Improvements”Visual Highlight of Last Viewed Property
Section titled “Visual Highlight of Last Viewed Property”When you return from a property detail page to the property overview, the last viewed property is briefly highlighted visually. This way you can immediately see where you left off.
Persistent Selection in Overviews
Section titled “Persistent Selection in Overviews”Selected items in the Contacts, Deals, Projects, and Relations overviews are now preserved when navigating between pages. Your selection is only cleared when you leave the overview or change the filters.
MLS Filter: “Not Equal” and “Is Empty”
Section titled “MLS Filter: “Not Equal” and “Is Empty””In the property overview you can now filter the MLS field by “is not equal to” (neq) and “is empty” (empty). This makes it easier to find properties that are not yet linked to a portal.
Remembered Filter State
Section titled “Remembered Filter State”The expanded/collapsed state of filter groups in the property overview is now remembered in your browser. On your next visit, the same filters will be open as before.
