New Build Projects: Multiple Properties Under One Umbrella

A developer delivers 34 properties in one project: 24 apartments, 6 penthouses, 4 villas. Instead of 34 separate listings, you create one Project, link the developer as a Relation, and group the properties per typology (variant).

Can a property be linked to multiple projects at the same time?

Section titled “Can a property be linked to multiple projects at the same time?”

No. One project + one typology per property, not more.

What happens to properties when I delete a typology?

Section titled “What happens to properties when I delete a typology?”

Tesoro blocks it. First unlink properties, then delete typology.

Yes, typologies support their own files, separate from project files or property attachments. See Variants.
