New Build Projects: Multiple Properties Under One Umbrella
A developer delivers 34 properties in one project: 24 apartments, 6 penthouses, 4 villas. Instead of 34 separate listings, you create one Project, link the developer as a Relation, and group the properties per typology (variant).
When do you use this?
Section titled “When do you use this?”- A developer delivers a complete phase 1 (15 properties), you register the project
- You have typologies you want to quickly duplicate (see Variants)
- You want project files (general brochure, master plan) in one place
Creating a new project
Section titled “Creating a new project”-
Open Projects in the sidebar → click + New Project.

Fill in the required field:

Set location: address + GPS via map.

Add description: multilingual (language dropdown). Title + description text.

(Optional) External Link: below the description. URL to virtual tour (Matterport, Floorfy, …).

Upload files: images, documents, brochures.

Typologies (variants)
Section titled “Typologies (variants)”A typology is a construction type within the project:
- “2-bedroom Apartment”
- “Penthouse”
- “Townhouse Type A”
Each typology has its own name, color code, property list, and files. In the variants section, you see per typology: name, color, total properties, active properties.
Editing a project
Section titled “Editing a project”- Open the project detail page.
- Click Edit at the top.
- Modify fields, all creation fields are available.
- Save.
Deleting a project
Section titled “Deleting a project”- First unlink or remove all linked properties and typologies.
- Open project → Delete.
Frequently Asked Questions
Section titled “Frequently Asked Questions”Can a property be linked to multiple projects at the same time?
Section titled “Can a property be linked to multiple projects at the same time?”No. One project + one typology per property, not more.
What happens to properties when I delete a typology?
Section titled “What happens to properties when I delete a typology?”Tesoro blocks it. First unlink properties, then delete typology.
Files for a typology?
Section titled “Files for a typology?”Yes, typologies support their own files, separate from project files or property attachments. See Variants.
