New features
Section titled “New features”The call screen: every call attempt ends with an outcome
Section titled “The call screen: every call attempt ends with an outcome”Until now, a phone call left at most a free-form note. Whether someone was actually reached, whether a call-back was needed, or whether the number was correct: none of that had a fixed place.
As of this version, every call attempt goes through the same call screen, and it ends there with a recorded Outcome. What happens next depends on that outcome. In four steps:
-
You call via Tesoro. The call screen stays open for as long as the call lasts.
-
The call ends, whether you hang up, nobody answers, the line is busy, or the connection drops. That same screen then turns into a log form, with the outcome already filled in.
-
You check the outcome. If it isn’t right, you choose another. If the outcome calls for a second attempt, a call-back panel slides open underneath.
-
You save. The outcome is now on the call card, and any call-back appointment is added as a task to the contact.
If you called outside Tesoro, with your mobile or because the customer called you, you go through the same steps yourself using the Log call button.
The seven outcomes
Section titled “The seven outcomes”| Outcome | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Connected | You spoke to the person |
| Left voicemail | Left a voicemail |
| No answer | Not answered |
| Line busy | On another call |
| Call back requested | The person wants to be called back later |
| Wrong number | The number is incorrect |
| Not interested | No interest |
For a call that went through Tesoro, the outcome is already ready based on what happened technically:
| How the call ended | Outcome that is ready |
|---|---|
| Call completed and concluded | Connected |
| Line busy | Line busy |
| Not answered, failed, or dropped | No answer |
You’re not bound by that: if you only left a voicemail, you set the outcome to Left voicemail yourself. For a manual call, nothing is preselected and choosing an outcome is required.
Logging calls outside Tesoro
Section titled “Logging calls outside Tesoro”If you call with your mobile phone, or a customer calls you directly, the CRM didn’t know about it. Such conversations were lost.
On the Calls tab of a contact, lead, or deal, there is now a second button next to Create call: Log call. It opens the same form as after a call through Tesoro, except empty. You choose the outcome and can add a title and a note. Such a manual call appears in the same list as calls that went through Tesoro, recognizable as Manual call log, and you can link a call-back appointment to it right away.
Calling back at a time that works
Section titled “Calling back at a time that works”Four of the seven outcomes mean you need to try again: Left voicemail, No answer, Line busy, and Call back requested. When you choose such an outcome, the Schedule a callback panel slides open. That doesn’t happen for Connected, Wrong number, and Not interested; those just save.
You don’t have to think about when to try again. Tesoro counts in working hours and immediately prepares a suggestion that fits the outcome:
| Outcome | Suggestion ready |
|---|---|
| Line busy | In 1h, in one working hour |
| Left voicemail | Next morning, the next working morning |
| No answer and Call back requested | In 4h, in four working hours |
All four suggestions remain available, plus In 2 days (about two working days later) and Pick time to choose a moment yourself. Below the suggestion it shows why that time works, for example 4 office hours from now · office 09:00-18:00, Mon-Fri, or that a weekend or holiday is skipped.
If you choose a time outside office hours yourself, Tesoro won’t stop you, but it does warn:
- Heads up — the office is closed on {day}.
- Heads up — this is outside office hours ({summary}).
- Heads up — {label} is a company holiday.
With Save & schedule callback you save the outcome and the call-back moment in one go. The call-back appointment comes back as a task with the contact, so you don’t forget it.
Adding or changing an outcome later
Section titled “Adding or changing an outcome later”Did you lose the screen too quickly, or did the situation change? On every call card in the list there is Set outcome as long as there is no outcome yet, and a pencil to change a recorded outcome. From there you can also schedule a call-back appointment.
Office hours and holidays for your office
Section titled “Office hours and holidays for your office”The call-back suggestions above can only be right if Tesoro knows when your office is open. That’s why there is a new tab: in Settings, under My Company, there is now Office hours. There you record once when you work and when you are closed. All components that schedule something follow this.
This setting applies to the whole office and is done by an administrator.
Working days and office hours
Section titled “Working days and office hours”Under Working days & hours you turn on the days you work and enter the opening and closing time for each day. With Add hours you can add multiple blocks on one day, for example for an office that closes at lunchtime. What you should know:
- Blocks on the same day may not overlap
- The closing time must be after the opening time
- At least one working day must be enabled
Above the times it shows in which timezone they are read, for example Times are in Europe/Madrid. If no timezone has been set for your company yet, Tesoro asks you to do that first, otherwise the times will be interpreted incorrectly.
As long as you haven’t set anything, Tesoro shows default values with the message Not configured yet — showing defaults. They only take effect after you click Save.
The Spanish holiday calendar
Section titled “The Spanish holiday calendar”On the same tab, under Holidays, there is a calendar with days when your office is closed. Those days are skipped when scheduling.
What’s new is that you no longer have to enter the official Spanish holidays by hand. Under Spanish holiday calendar you choose your region (comunidad autónoma) and enable:
- Follow national holidays, for the national holidays
- Follow regional holidays, for the holidays in your region
Tesoro then fills in the calendar itself. If your office still works on a particular official holiday, you turn off that single day. For holidays you add yourself, such as a local holiday or a collective closure, you give them their own Label. In the calendar you choose the year at the top, and for each day you see the date, the label, where the day comes from (National, Regional, or Manual), and a toggle to turn it on or off.
Pisos.com as a portal
Section titled “Pisos.com as a portal”Tesoro has gained a Spanish portal: Pisos.com. Publishing, updating, and taking properties offline happens directly from Tesoro, without daily XML exchange.
You’ll find the portal in Settings, under Feed Export, among the other portals. To enable it, enter your Agency ID; you get that number from Pisos.com when you create your account. After that, you publish properties the way you’re used to with the other portals, via Posted To on the property.
Once a property is on Pisos.com, the property gets a link to the listing as it appears online, so you can check it in one click.
Bulk actions: across all pages and in the background
Section titled “Bulk actions: across all pages and in the background”Until now, bulk actions only worked on the rows currently visible, and they kept your screen busy while they ran. If you wanted to modify two hundred properties, you had to do it page by page and keep waiting. Both have been fixed.
This works on the overviews of properties, contacts, leads, deals, and relations.
Selecting everything that matches your filter
Section titled “Selecting everything that matches your filter”If you tick the checkbox at the top of the list, a line appears below the list: All 20 items on this page are selected with the link Select all 5.620 matching this filter next to it (the numbers are those of your own list). Clicking it makes your action apply to everything that matches your filter, including what you don’t see.
The same line then shows how many items you have selected and how many of them are on other pages, with a button to clear the selection at once.
The action runs in the background
Section titled “The action runs in the background”When you start the action, it moves to the background: you get the message Bulk update queued and processing in the background and you can simply continue working.
At the bottom right, the Bulk Actions panel tracks progress, with a status per action: Pending, Processing, Completed, Completed with errors, or Failed. When finished, you see exactly what happened, for example 48/50 items updated, 2 failed, and via View details you can look up which records failed and why.
Everything you ran in the past two days is listed in Settings, under Bulk Action Log: an overview of your bulk actions from the last 48 hours, with the date per action, the type of action, which data it involved, and how many succeeded, were skipped, or failed.
First see what a status change does to the portals
Section titled “First see what a status change does to the portals”If you change the status of properties in bulk, you first get an Impact Preview. It shows which status you’re changing to which status, how many properties actually change, and especially: what this does to the portals on which those properties are listed. The affected properties are grouped per portal, and you can uncheck a group to keep those properties out of the action. Properties you exclude this way automatically get a tag, so you can easily find them later. If the change doesn’t affect any portal, Tesoro reports No feed impacts detected: everything can be safely updated.
Find and register a domain name
Section titled “Find and register a domain name”If you want a Tesoro website, until now you first had to arrange a domain name somewhere else yourself. That can now be done in Tesoro itself.
Go to Settings and then Website. In step 3. Set domain name you choose between Find a new domain and I already own a domain. If you’re looking for a new name, type in your office name, for example, and see the status and price per year for each result:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Available | Free, you can choose this name |
| Taken | Already in use |
| Premium | Available, but at a higher rate |
| We can’t check this one | Availability cannot be checked |
With Select you choose a name. Then you confirm it once more, because the choice can no longer be changed afterwards: Tesoro sets up the domain for you.
Idealista warns before publishing
Section titled “Idealista warns before publishing”A number of fields are locked at Idealista once a property is published. If you still want to change something afterwards, the property must be withdrawn, disconnected from the Idealista number, and republished with a new reference number.
Therefore, before publishing, a window Before you publish to Idealista now appears, listing exactly those fields and how they end up at Idealista. If you check them and everything is correct, you continue with Continue.
If you publish multiple properties at once, you see the same warning once for the entire selection.
Widget for failed portal syncs
Section titled “Widget for failed portal syncs”On the dashboard you can add the MLS Sync Errors widget. It shows the properties that could not be sent to Idealista or Fotocasa, with where it went wrong per property:
- Validation: Tesoro itself already saw that something was missing or incorrect
- Portal rejected: the portal refused the property
This way you no longer have to search through the sync results per portal. If there’s nothing wrong, the widget reports No sync errors.
Notification if your WhatsApp connection drops
Section titled “Notification if your WhatsApp connection drops”If the WhatsApp connection dropped, you only noticed when no messages came in for days.
Tesoro now sends a notification immediately as soon as a WhatsApp session stops or the connection is lost: in the CRM itself and by email. The notification states which connection it concerns, so you can scan the QR code again.
Deals via the Open API
Section titled “Deals via the Open API”Until now, the Tesoro Open API didn’t support deals. A connected system could update contacts and properties, but couldn’t create a deal or convert a lead.
That’s now possible: retrieve and create deals, convert a lead into a deal, and retrieve the activities of a contact.
For you as an agent, nothing changes in the CRM. This is intended for integrations and automations, and is set up by whoever manages your API integrations.
Improvements
Section titled “Improvements”Scheduled emails arrive reliably
Section titled “Scheduled emails arrive reliably”If you sent a large batch of scheduled emails, they went out faster than your email provider allows. The result: emails that didn’t arrive without any visible reason.
Tesoro now sends throttled per mailbox, within the provider’s limit, and records what went wrong for each failed email. If something goes wrong, you’ll now see the reason instead of a silent failure.
Mass email now immediately says what’s wrong
Section titled “Mass email now immediately says what’s wrong”If you sent an email to an entire selection while no mailbox was connected to Tesoro, it would silently get stuck. Tesoro now checks this in advance and reports it immediately, so you connect your mailbox first and then send.
Filtering on “not this relation”
Section titled “Filtering on “not this relation””In the property list, when filtering on Relation, you can now also filter on not equal to: all properties except those of a certain relation. This was already possible for hashtags and portals.
Tabs that no longer get squeezed
Section titled “Tabs that no longer get squeezed”On detail pages with many tabs, you can now use arrows to scroll through the tabs, and tables with many columns scroll more comfortably.
Fixed issues
Section titled “Fixed issues”- Your mailbox no longer synchronized automatically. New email only arrived when someone manually clicked synchronize. Automatic synchronization is working again.
- Your website showed fewer properties than you had. When browsing the properties on a connected website, properties could appear twice and others disappear entirely; on one customer site, 628 out of 661 properties were shown. Each property now appears exactly once.
- A new profile picture only appeared after logging out, and was missing in the settings panel. The photo is now updated everywhere immediately.
- The color picker of a dashboard widget opened half cut off and didn’t show the chosen color on the button.
- The status of a lead jumped back to New when you changed a converted contact back to a lead.
- The property card was missing in the timeline for a lead, and the email about a property interest showed “N/A” instead of the property details.
- Kyero Prime still appeared in the bulk actions (MLS - Post to and MLS - Remove from) while the Kyero feed had been turned off.
- The contact list refreshed several times in a row after you scheduled an email as a letter.
- Downloading a land registry document could silently fail. You got no document and no notification. The download has been tightened up and now reports what goes wrong.
- A newly saved view did not appear immediately in the selection list of a dashboard widget; you only saw it after a hard refresh. Creating, changing, and deleting a view now takes effect immediately.
- Margins and height of detail pages have been restored, so panels no longer fall off screen.
- One change to an appointment sent multiple webhooks. Connected systems therefore received duplicate notifications; that no longer happens.
- A series of error messages that surfaced from error monitoring has been fixed.
