Email templates: management and usage

Reusable email templates save you time with every recurring message, property presentations, follow-ups, welcome emails. Manage via Settings → Email Templates.

  • You keep typing the same welcome email
  • Mass email campaigns require consistent content
  • You want language variants of the same email (NL + EN + ES)

  1. Settings → Email TemplatesCreate.
  2. Fill in Title, Subject, body.
  3. Select Language, Audience, Type, Group.
  4. Save.

Click a template in the list:

  • Edit → change fields → Save
  • Duplicate → copy as starting point for variant
  • Delete → permanently remove

In the email compose window: template picker above subject line → select → body + subject auto-filled. You may edit before sending.

Selection of contacts/leads/relations → Mass Email toolbar → choose template → sender → send immediately or schedule.

  • Meeting Created By Portal User, for portal viewing request to agent
  • Meeting Status Changed By Portal User, for confirmation/denial to client
  • Welcome Email, for portal account creation
