Email templates: management and usage
Reusable email templates save you time with every recurring message, property presentations, follow-ups, welcome emails. Manage via Settings → Email Templates.
When do you use this?
Section titled “When do you use this?”- You keep typing the same welcome email
- Mass email campaigns require consistent content
- You want language variants of the same email (NL + EN + ES)
Fields per template
Section titled “Fields per template”| Field | What |

Creating a template
Section titled “Creating a template”- Settings → Email Templates → Create.
- Fill in Title, Subject, body.
- Select Language, Audience, Type, Group.
- Save.
Editing / Duplicating / Deleting
Section titled “Editing / Duplicating / Deleting”Click a template in the list:
- Edit → change fields → Save
- Duplicate → copy as starting point for variant
- Delete → permanently remove
Using in compose
Section titled “Using in compose”In the email compose window: template picker above subject line → select → body + subject auto-filled. You may edit before sending.
Mass Email Usage
Section titled “Mass Email Usage”Selection of contacts/leads/relations → Mass Email toolbar → choose template → sender → send immediately or schedule.
Transactional templates
Section titled “Transactional templates”Known transactional templates
Section titled “Known transactional templates”- Meeting Created By Portal User, for portal viewing request to agent
- Meeting Status Changed By Portal User, for confirmation/denial to client
- Welcome Email, for portal account creation
