The dashboard: your homepage, exactly as you want it

Every real estate agent starts the day differently. One lives by the schedule, another by new leads, a third by deals that threaten to stall. That’s why from this version, the dashboard is no longer a fixed page: you decide which information you see and where it is. When you log in, you immediately see what matters to you.

Your homepage after logging in, arranged as you set it yourself.
The Tesoro dashboard with statistics cards, Top performers, appointments and activities
  • Every morning when starting up, to see at a glance what the day is about
  • When the default dashboard doesn’t match the way you work
  • When you want to compare multiple periods side by side, for example this week alongside this quarter
  • Drag, hide, or add new widgets
  • Place up to three widgets side by side in a group, with a custom name and color
  • Set a custom period per widget, instead of one filter for everything
  • For appointments and activities, choose whether you see yourself, a colleague, or the whole team
  • Add the same widget multiple times, each with its own settings
  • Display ready-made tables based on a saved view

At the bottom right of the dashboard, there is a purple round button. It opens the Customize dashboard panel, where you manage everything.

  1. Open Customize dashboard

Click the purple button at the bottom right. A panel slides open with your current layout, divided into groups.

Each widget has a toggle to show or hide, and a handle to drag.

  2. Set the order as you prefer

Drag a widget by the handle on the left to move it. On a phone, use the Move up and Move down buttons.

  3. Hide what you don’t use

Turn off the switch of a widget. Hidden widgets collect at the bottom under Hidden blocks, so you can put them back later.

  4. Add a widget

Click Add widget. You get a catalog with all available widgets and a search field. Click Add on the widget you want.

Sixteen widgets to choose from. Already added widgets appear gray with 'Added'.

  5. Save

Your changes only take effect when you click Save. Cancel closes without saving, and Reset returns you to the default layout.

You can place up to three widgets side by side in one row. This keeps related information together, for example the three statistics cards in one bar at the top.

A group gets its own name (Group name) and a Row color to color the row. If a group is full, the panel reports Group is full: a group takes a maximum of three widgets.

This is the biggest difference from before. Where previously one period choice at the top applied to the entire dashboard, each widget now has its own filter.

For the statistics cards, you choose a period per card, default is the last 14 days. Options include today, the last 7, 14, 30 or 90 days, and the last 12 months.

For Meetings this week, Activities, and the Deals widget, you can also choose who you see data from:

  • Me: only yourself
  • A specific colleague
  • All: the whole team

The catalog contains sixteen widgets. The familiar blocks from the old dashboard are now also widgets, so you can move or hide them.

Widget What it shows
Deals Number of new deals in the chosen period
New leads Number of new leads in the chosen period
Average deal value Average value of your won deals
Time on market Properties that have been on the market too long (see note below)
Top performers Ranking of colleagues, with a switch between Deals closed and Deal value

Widgets with their own filter, such as the statistics cards, Activities, Deals, Properties, Meetings, and the overview tables, can be added more than once to the dashboard. For example, you can place two Deals cards side by side: one with the last 7 days and one with the last 90 days.

Only Notifications, Top performers, and Time on market can appear only once on the dashboard. In the catalog they appear gray with the message Added.

Scenario: James starts every day with his appointments and tasks. He doesn’t care about the colleague ranking.

He opens Customize dashboard, drags Meetings this week and Activities to the top, and turns off Top performers. After Save, his schedule is at the top.

You probably forgot to click Save. As long as you don’t save, the previous layout remains.

Notifications, Top performers, and Time on market can only appear once on the dashboard. In the catalog they appear gray with Added.

This widget only works if an admin has first set thresholds in the company settings.

No. The layout is saved per user. Everyone sets up their own dashboard.

Open Customize dashboard and click Reset. That restores the default layout.

  • You fully customize the dashboard via the Customize dashboard button
  • Sixteen widgets: drag, hide, group, and where possible add multiple times
  • Each widget has its own period; for appointments and activities you also choose the person
  • The layout is saved per user and only takes effect after Save
