National Listing Service (NLS): Share Listings with Agents in Spain
The National Listing Service (NLS) is an MLS and lead generation platform for Spain, with a strong focus on the Costa del Sol. Every listing is verified before going live, and agents can share listings and collaborate with one another. Tesoro provides an XML feed.

How do you request access?
Section titled “How do you request access?”-
Go to the sign-up page: thenls.com/members/signup. Fill in your agency details (name, email, phone, postal code).

Choose a subscription (see below) and create a username and password.

Connect your CRM via an XML feed (or enter properties manually) and start collaborating with agents throughout Spain.
How to connect NLS in Tesoro
Section titled “How to connect NLS in Tesoro”This is a datafeed portal in Kyero-compatible format: Tesoro generates a feed URL that the portal reads periodically.

Go to Settings → Feed Export and turn on the toggle for National Listing Service (NLS).

Click copy to copy the feed URL and connect it in your NLS account.
Requirements per property
Section titled “Requirements per property”The requirements are the same as for Kyero: reference, price and currency, transaction type, property type, city, province, country, bedrooms and bathrooms, description in a supported language, at least one photo, company email address, and website domain.
Supported languages: ca, da, de, en, es, fi, fr, it, nl, no, pt, ru, sv.
