Transactional Emails: Branding for System Emails
Transactional emails are system emails that Tesoro sends automatically on behalf of your company: lead notifications, portal account invitations, viewing confirmations. One central place for logo + header + footer.
When do you use this?
Section titled “When do you use this?”- Initial setup, include your logo
- Change address details that appear in the footer
- Temporarily disable transactional emails for maintenance
Fields
Section titled “Fields”| Setting | Description |

Uploading the Logo
Section titled “Uploading the Logo”- Go to Email Settings → Transactional Email tab.
- Click the upload area under Company Logo.
- Select an image (max 1 MB, JPG/PNG/SVG).
- Save.
The logo appears above every transactional email.
Header and Footer
Section titled “Header and Footer”Rich text editor with formatting (bold, italic, links, lists). Examples:
Header: “Thank you for your interest in Calida Prestige Estates. Below you will find…”
Footer: “Calida Prestige Estates · Calle Mayor 15, Moraira · +34 965 123 456 · www.calidaprestige.es · KvK 12345678”
Activating and Deactivating
Section titled “Activating and Deactivating”The Activate toggle means transactional emails are sent. Off means the system sends nothing, which can cause disruptions for lead notifications or portal flow.
Which emails are transactional?
Section titled “Which emails are transactional?”- Creating a portal user → welcome email with temporary password
- Lead notification to agent for new lead
- Viewing request confirmation
- Viewing status change
- Password reset emails
- Verification codes
Customizing the texts themselves is done via Settings → Email Templates (search for transactional). Header/footer/logo are company-wide branding.
