Searching and filtering: find the right properties quickly

In the Properties overview, you will find the most extensive filter system in Tesoro. You can search by address, filter on 20+ criteria, draw an area on the map, and save your filter combination as a view for your entire team, or as a personal subfilter for yourself.

Filter panel on the left, active filter badges at the top.
Filtered Properties overview
  • “Which villas in Marbella above €1M have been on the market for more than 90 days?”
  • “Which properties have 0 leads after 2 months?”
  • “Which sold properties are still listed on Idealista?”
  • “Show me all properties in this specific coastal strip on the map”

At the top, there is a search box: type an address, property name or reference number. It searches name + address + reference simultaneously. Works together with other filters.

Clear with the X icon on the search badge.

Combining: AND between filters, OR within a filter

Section titled “Combining: AND between filters, OR within a filter”
  • Different filters → AND logic (must meet all)
  • Within one filter (e.g., Status) → OR logic (one of the selected values)

Example: Active villas in Moraira with 3+ bedrooms and a swimming pool under €500k:

  1. Status = Active
  2. Type = Villa
  3. Location = Moraira
  4. Bedrooms = 3+
  5. Amenity = Swimming Pool
  6. Max price = 500,000

  1. Open the filter panel, scroll to Map Selector → click Draw territory on the map.
  2. An interactive map opens, centered on your company location.
  3. Click the drawing tool (shape icon, top right).
  4. Click corner points on the map to draw your area. Click the first point again to close the shape.
  5. Save: only properties in that area are visible.

The button changes to Edit drawn territory. Drag corner points, or delete via the trash icon and redraw.

  • The Delete drawn territory button in the filter panel
  • Or click X on the filter badge at the top

The URL saves your drawn area. Copy it, send to a colleague → they see the same. Or save as a browser bookmark.

Default: creation date, newest first. Change by clicking a column header. Arrow icon shows the direction. Sorting is saved in the URL and fits in a saved view.

Sortable fields: Name, Price, Location, Status, Creation, Publication and Modification Date, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Area.

  3. MLS + sold: sold properties still online? Filter status=sold + MLS portal.
  4. Labels as worklist: “Incomplete” or “Photos needed” + view on it.
  5. Number of leads = 0: properties with no interest, possibly a price or presentation issue.
  6. Subfilters for yourself: save repeated combinations in your favorite view.
