Create a Property: From Click to Live Listing
One click on Add Property and you have a draft listing. From there you fill in what you have at that moment, name, type, address, price, photos, description. The rest comes later. The property remains Draft until you explicitly activate it.
When do you use this?
Section titled “When do you use this?”- A seller just gives you the mandate, you immediately register the basic info
- You have 20 photos and want to upload those first, the description comes later
- A lead converts to a deal, you create the corresponding property
Before you begin: handy to have at hand

- Transaction type (for sale / for rent)
- Property type (apartment, villa, plot of land, …)
- Address or GPS coordinates
- Price (final or net)
- Built + useful + plot size
- Number of bedrooms + bathrooms
- Photos
Missing everything is fine, Draft saves everything you do have.
The steps
Section titled “The steps”-
Open Properties → click Add Property (or the + icon top right).
Tesoro immediately creates the record with:
- Random name (“Property #A7K2X9”), you change this in the next step
- Status Draft, Display on Website off, yourself as the assigned agent
- The editing form opens automatically

Fill in Essential Info at the top: see the reference table below.

Scroll to Location: enter the address manually or click on the map to choose GPS coordinates. Street, City, State, Zip, Country are auto-filled.

Set Pricing: Final Price, Commission, Owner’s Net Price. Commission calculator described below.

Upload photos in the Add Image section: drag-and-drop multiple at once. See Property Media.

Add Description and Title: multilingual if your company has additional languages configured. AI translation button available.

Click Save in the header. On validation errors, the form scrolls to the first error.

Pricing: two calculation modes
Section titled “Pricing: two calculation modes”At the top of Pricing: select Commission on Final Price.
- Enter Final Price (the price for the buyer).
- Enter Commission (%).
- Owner’s Net Price = auto-calculated (Final − Commission).
Final Price = editable. Owner’s Net Price = read-only.
Select Commission on Net Price.
- Enter Owner’s Net Price (what the seller receives).
- Enter Commission (%).
- Final Price = auto-calculated (Net + Commission).
Owner’s Net Price = editable. Final Price = read-only.

Multiple languages + AI

Show on Website toggle
Section titled “Show on Website toggle”Below the description. Works only with status Active, Under Offer, Reserved or Sold. Other statuses → automatically off.
Labels and tags
Section titled “Labels and tags”- Labels: coloured, managed company-wide (e.g. “Hot Lead”, “Price Reduced”)
- Tags: flexible hashtags for filtering
Views, amenities, energy label
Section titled “Views, amenities, energy label”Checkboxes for Sea View, Mountain View, Garden View, City View, … Filterable on website + portals.
Features
Section titled “Features”Checkboxes: Swimming Pool, Terrace, Garage, Garden, Parking, Patio, Air Conditioning, Central Heating, Elevator, Security System, Gated Community, and more.
Plus a Windows Location dropdown.
Additional Amenities
Section titled “Additional Amenities”Free field below the checkboxes. Type → get suggestions from previously used amenities, or press Enter for a new one. Shared account-wide as soon as added.
Description for Internal Use
Section titled “Description for Internal Use”Text field at the bottom of the Amenities section. Internal only: never on the website or portals.

Common mistakes

Section titled “Reference field is greyed out”Auto-generated, not typable. Change the format via Settings → Reference Numbers.
Built Area / Useful Area are gone
Section titled “Built Area / Useful Area are gone”Property Type = Plot of Land → those fields are hidden (plots of land have no buildings).
Show on Website toggle is greyed out
Section titled “Show on Website toggle is greyed out”The status is something other than Active, Under Offer, Reserved or Sold. Change the status and the toggle becomes active.
Slug cannot be edited
Section titled “Slug cannot be edited”Permanently locked after creation, for URL stability. Even when renaming.
