Creating a Property: From Click to Live Listing

One click on Add Property and you have a draft listing. From there, you fill in what you have at that moment, name, type, address, price, photos, description. The rest comes later. The property remains Draft until you explicitly activate it.

  • A seller just gives you the mandate, you immediately register the basic info
  • You have 20 photos and want to upload them first, description comes later
  • A lead converts to a deal, you create the corresponding property
  • Working title
  • Transaction type (for sale / for rent)
  • Property type (apartment, villa, plot of land, …)
  • Address or GPS coordinates
  • Price (final or net)
  • Built area + useful area + plot size
  • Number of bedrooms + bathrooms
  • Photos

You can miss everything, Draft saves everything you do have.

The editing form opens directly after Add Property.
