Deals and pipeline: the heart of your transactions
A deal = one transaction. The pipeline is your Kanban board with stages, drag a deal from Knowing Property to Won, and you get an instant overview of where all your transactions stand. Tesoro splits this into two pipelines: Buyer (you help a buyer) and Owner (you sell on behalf of an owner).
When is this relevant?
Section titled “When is this relevant?”- A lead converts to a serious prospect, you create the deal
- You want an overview: ‘how many are in the Offer stage?’
- You are unsure: Buy or Sell? Which pipeline does each use?

Five concepts to remember
Section titled “Five concepts to remember”- One deal = one transaction. Not all deals together, each purchase/sale has its own record.
- Type is permanent. Choose carefully when creating.
- Two pipelines. Buyer (buy/rent) ≠ Owner (sell/rent out), different stages.
- Properties have their own statuses within a deal (Preselect, Proposed, Approved, …). Separate from pipeline stage.
- Drag to make progress. Board = fastest way.
