Customize overviews: custom columns, filters, views
For every list, Properties, Deals, Leads, Contacts, you can save your own columns + filters as a view. Share publicly with the team, Private for yourself, or Shared with specific colleagues.
When do you use this?
Section titled “When do you use this?”- You open the same filter set daily, you want to save that as a view
- You want to create a shared team view for “active Costa Blanca villas”
- You want a personal column order for your own workflow
Where to find the view selector
Section titled “Where to find the view selector”On every overview page, next to the page title is the Select view dropdown. Three groups:

Creating a new view
Section titled “Creating a new view”- Click the Select view dropdown on the overview page.
- Create View at the bottom → side panel.
- View Name field (min 3 characters).
- (Optional) set filters.
- Select columns.
- Visibility + extra options.
- Save.
Setting filters
Section titled “Setting filters”Preselect Filters section, automatically applied on selection.
Each filter has 3 parts:

| Operator | Equals, contains, empty, etc. |
| Value | For dropdown fields you can select multiple |
Combine multiple filters:
- + on the right = add filter rule
- - = remove rule
Special options
Section titled “Special options”- Is empty: selects records where the field is empty, no value needed
- Multiple values: for dropdown fields, treated as OR condition
- Contact search: when filtering by contact in deals: autocomplete by name/email
Managing columns
Section titled “Managing columns”Arrange Table Columns section. Two lists:

Adding and removing
Section titled “Adding and removing”- Add: drag from Available to Selected
- Remove: drag back to Available
Drag within Selected up or down. Top = leftmost.
Search fields
Section titled “Search fields”Both lists have a search field to quickly filter.
Visibility and sharing
Section titled “Visibility and sharing”| Option | Description |

If Shared is selected → Share With field appears with multi-select dropdown.
Additional options
Section titled “Additional options”Bottom of form:

Editing an existing view
Section titled “Editing an existing view”- Select view in dropdown.
- Pencil icon next to dropdown.
- Side panel opens with current settings.
- Changes → Save.
Deleting a view
Section titled “Deleting a view”- Open via pencil icon.
- Red Delete at bottom left.
- Confirm.
Clearing the view
Section titled “Clearing the view”Want to return to the default overview? Click the cross in the view dropdown.

Each has its own columns + filter fields for that type.
