Customize overviews: custom columns, filters, views

For every list, Properties, Deals, Leads, Contacts, you can save your own columns + filters as a view. Share publicly with the team, Private for yourself, or Shared with specific colleagues.

Dashboard
  • You open the same filter set daily, you want to save that as a view
  • You want to create a shared team view for “active Costa Blanca villas”
  • You want a personal column order for your own workflow

On every overview page, next to the page title is the Select view dropdown. Three groups:

  1. Click the Select view dropdown on the overview page.
  2. Create View at the bottom → side panel.
  3. View Name field (min 3 characters).
  4. (Optional) set filters.
  5. Select columns.
  6. Visibility + extra options.
  7. Save.

Preselect Filters section, automatically applied on selection.

Each filter has 3 parts:

PartDescription
FieldStatus, owner, creation date, etc.
OperatorEquals, contains, empty, etc.
ValueFor dropdown fields you can select multiple

Combine multiple filters:

  • + on the right = add filter rule
  • - = remove rule
  • Is empty: selects records where the field is empty, no value needed
  • Multiple values: for dropdown fields, treated as OR condition
  • Contact search: when filtering by contact in deals: autocomplete by name/email

Arrange Table Columns section. Two lists:

  • Add: drag from Available to Selected
  • Remove: drag back to Available

Drag within Selected up or down. Top = leftmost.

Both lists have a search field to quickly filter.

  1. Select view in dropdown.
  2. Pencil icon next to dropdown.
  3. Side panel opens with current settings.
  4. Changes → Save.

  1. Open via pencil icon.
  2. Red Delete at bottom left.
  3. Confirm.

Want to return to the default overview? Click the cross in the view dropdown.
